WriteArt is owned and run by Russell de la Porte, whose experience is outlined below.

Freelance work

Copy-editing: I have edited various text types, including newsletters, magazines, websites, and academic articles and theses (at honours, master's and PhD levels).

Writing: I have written advertising copy, magazine articles, press releases and copy for newsletters and websites. I have also studied creative writing through the University of South Africa (UNISA) as part of my ongoing literary studies.

Document layout and production: I have produced books and electronic media, such as e-newsletters and websites.

Positions held
I have held various editorial and management posts on trade and professional publications.

In addition to my publishing experience, I have taught English as a foreign language at all levels.
